Email Policy

We only email you if you want us to. We do not send unsolicited emails. When you register your email address with us you go on a list to receive email announcements about products, offers and promotions from AutoPacific Group.We do not disclose your email address to third parties.

If at any time you decide you do not want to receive our emails simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter. This will remove your email address from our mailing list. If you unsubscribe you will still receive emails specifically related to your online orders.

Description of Products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect theposition at the exact moment you place an order.

Returns & Damaged Goods Policy

At AutoPacific Group we stand by the quality of our product and we make thingsright if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

You can return any product you buy from us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, no matter what the reason. The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

To return product please visit your nearest AutoPacific Group store with a copy of your invoice. If you do not live close to one of our stores then please call us on 1800 812 017 and we will advise you on how best to return the goods to us.

If the goods have been damaged in transit please call us on 1800 812 017 and we will arrange to replace the damaged product(s).

All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST.
